A. We ship your products as soon as they are available and this may
result in multiple shipments. Our standard freight pricing ensures that
your freight charges will remain the same regardless of the number of
shipments.
B. Freight orders are shipped via common carrier on pallets for
commerical loading dock or curbside delivery only. Drop-shipments
are subject to higher charges. Small parcels may be shipped via UPS or
FedEx. Additional carrier fees apply for lift gate service, inside delivery,
or delivery appoinments. It is the customers repsonibility to inform us
if any additional servies are required at the time of sales order entry.
Jardins en Fleur is not responsible for fees incurred by receiving servies/
third party service providers. In the event that a shipment is consigned
directly to a receiving service, said service is required to abide by
Jardins en Fleur Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to furnish
receiving services with Jardins en Fleur Terms & Conditions.
You agree to indemnify Jardins en Fleur for any claims based on your
use of receiving services/third party service providers.
C. Freight charges are calculated as a percentage of your order
value and delivery zip code as follows:

Because Jardins en Fleur products incorporate a variety of natural
elements, there will be inherent variations in grain, tone, striation, etc.
which may be different from the products shown in our catalog, website,
or showrooms. If requested by Jardins en Fleur, you agree to provide
photographs of any product which you seek to return for reasons of
damage or defect. We will evaluate the product condition and inform
you of our assessment and resolution. Refusal of a shpiment will incur a
25% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Jardins en Fleur reserves the
right to change freight rates based on carrier market conditions.
Damaged or defective products
Note: Jardins en Fleur may not replace a damaged or defective
product unless you follow these procedures:
1. If the shipment arrives with visible exterior damage, moisture,
etc.: note the damage in writing on the carrier delivery receipt before
you sign for the shipment and release the delivery driver. A claim for
shipping damages will not be accepted unless the damages are noted
on the carriers delivery receipt.
2. Unpack and thoroughly inspect shipment within 5 days of receipt
for possible concealed damage.
3. Save all packaging until claim is resolved.
4. Call customer service at 877-527-3467 within 5 days of receipt
of product to report a damaged or defective product and to receive a
return authorization number (RA#) and shipping documents. (these
expire after 10 days) Jardins en Fleur is not responsible for replacing
damaged product unless damages are noted on the carrier delivery
receipt and reported within 5 days of receipt of product or if the RA# and
shipping documents are past the 10-day expiration period. Damaged or
defected products to be returned to Jardins en Fleur must be properly
packaged and ready for pick-up within 14 days of receipt. Jardins
en Fleur will issue an appropriate credit or send you a replacement
product upon authorized return of defecetive or damaged product to
us. Damaged or defective produts must be returnd to Jardins en Fleur
prior to the shipment of a replacement product. Merchandise that is
returned without a return authorization number willl not be accepted
or credited. |
