Chatsworth House

Traditional hand-painted wallpapers customarily adorning English and French estates and chateaux since the 17th century are scaled down and framed into a set of four by Simon Paul Scott for Jardins en Fleur.
We've rendered them in grisaille (painting using many varied tones of gray) and added the "pops" of color onto the animals and people. Features elephants, camels, people, botanicals, marble palaces, temples surrounding a body of water. Due to the hand-made nature of each piece, minimal variations may occur.
Framed in solid wood 1" square moulding with hand-applied and burnished gold leaf and a slight antiquing finish to soften the gold.
Art size is 25" wide x 37" high. Framed each is 27" wide x 39" high. Overall width of the 4 pieces together is 81" or 6.75 feet not accounting for space between the four. Arrive ready to hang.
